Job Description

Target in Kailua is excited to welcome enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills needed to succeed. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting guests with their shopping needs, processing transactions, and ensuring our store remains clean and organized. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with product inquiries, locating merchandise, and making purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Replenish merchandise, ensuring proper stocking and display standards are met.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention.
- Support inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store appearance.
- Handle guest returns and exchanges according to store policy.
Required Skills

- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
