Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused E-commerce Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team in Portland, Oregon. This is an immediate start position within our fast-growing brand, offering an exciting opportunity to be the front-line voice of Lululemon’s online experience. You will provide exceptional real-time support to our guests via live chat, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through their online shopping journey. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with online guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner via live chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, returns, and general inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and empathetically.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Lululemon products, promotions, and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to team goals.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining conversational tone.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in chat or call center environments.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online retail.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and live chat tools.
  • A passion for athletic apparel, health, and well-being.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service setting.
