Job Description
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Real Estate Photographer to join our dynamic marketing team in Traralgon. This role is crucial in showcasing properties through high-quality visual content, including stunning photography and engaging virtual tours. You will be responsible for capturing the unique character and appeal of various residential and commercial properties, helping us attract potential buyers and renters. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for photography, and a strong understanding of property presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site photography sessions for residential and commercial properties across the Traralgon region.
- Produce high-resolution photographs, virtual tours, and floor plans that highlight property features.
- Edit and retouch images to meet company quality standards and branding guidelines using industry-standard software.
- Manage and maintain photography equipment, ensuring it is well-maintained and in good working order.
- Coordinate effectively with real estate agents and property owners to schedule shoots and ensure properties are presentation-ready.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new photography technologies, and best practices in real estate visual marketing.
- Assist the marketing team with other visual content creation as needed, contributing to a cohesive brand presence.
Required Skills
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in real estate photography or a closely related field.
- Proficiency with professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, and associated equipment.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for advanced image editing and post-production.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, staging techniques, and property aesthetics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
- Valid Australian driver's license and reliable transport to travel to various property locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with drone photography and videography for aerial perspectives.
- Knowledge of virtual tour software platforms (e.g., Matterport, Zillow 3D Home).
- Tertiary qualification in photography, visual arts, design, or a related creative field.
- A strong online portfolio demonstrating a range of real estate photography work.
