Job Description
Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping customers and achieving sales targets? ClearConnect Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated Work From Home: Inbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries from warm leads – customers who have already expressed interest in our services. This is not a cold-calling position; you will be connecting with individuals ready to learn more and be guided through their purchasing decisions. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive environment to ensure your success. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home anywhere in British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and online inquiries from warm leads regarding our products and services.
- Educate potential customers on the features, benefits, and value of ClearConnect offerings.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to successful product activation.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and sales management to optimize sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and navigating CRM software (training provided).
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Minimum 6 months experience in a customer service or sales role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in inbound sales or telecommunications.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent professional training.
- Experience working in a remote environment.
