Job Description
Are you passionate about helping customers succeed and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Capgemini is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office in Cirencester and surrounding areas. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, guiding them through their journey with our products and services. You’ll ensure they achieve their business objectives, resolve issues proactively, and continuously discover new ways to leverage our solutions. We operate on a Monday-Friday schedule, ensuring your weekends are always free.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of assigned customers, building strong relationships.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Onboard new customers effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid time-to-value.
- Provide product guidance, best practices, and support to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for customer growth and upselling, collaborating with sales teams where appropriate.
- Monitor customer health and usage data to anticipate and address potential issues.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and support teams to advocate for customer needs.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to showcase value and strategic alignment.
- Contribute to the development of customer success resources and processes.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., customer service, account management, support).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in the IT services, software, or technology industry.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Experience with customer success platforms or analytics tools.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
