Job Description

Join Concentrix as a Virtual Membership Sales Associate, providing essential support to a diverse portfolio of gyms and clubs across the nation. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for engaging prospective members, explaining various membership options, and guiding them through the sign-up process. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals. You will work from the comfort of your home, utilizing our cutting-edge tools and comprehensive training to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and make outbound calls to prospective gym and club members.
  • Present and explain various membership packages, promotions, and club amenities.
  • Accurately process new member sign-ups, renewals, and related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and engaging interactions.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update member information.
  • Collaborate with client success teams to provide feedback and improve sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and specific client offerings to effectively answer questions.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to persuade and influence potential members.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and virtual communication tools.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a virtual sales or call center environment.
  • Previous experience in the fitness, health, or wellness industry.
  • Familiarity with various gym management software (e.g., Mindbody, ClubReady).
  • Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
