Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Virtual Claims Processors. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those looking to start a career in the insurance industry without prior experience. We provide comprehensive paid training to ensure your success. This role is 100% remote and focuses exclusively on data entry and claims processing; there are no phone calls involved. You will be responsible for accurately inputting claim information, reviewing documentation, and ensuring timely processing of various insurance claims from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update claims data into our internal systems.
  • Review claim forms and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in data through established procedures.
  • Process claims efficiently according to company guidelines and service level agreements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all claimant and company information.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.
