The City of Coeur d’Alene Finance Department is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Municipal Fines & Fees Collector. Key Responsibilities

  • Process payments for municipal fines, fees, licenses, and permits accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with the public regarding payment options, outstanding balances, and relevant city ordinances.
  • Maintain detailed and organized financial records and transaction logs.
  • Assist in reconciling daily cash and payment receipts.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and payment discrepancies in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other city departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Adhere to all city financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and integrity.
