Job Description
Are you looking for a flexible work-from-home opportunity where your communication skills can shine without the pressure of sales? Ipsos is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Outbound Market Researchers. In this role, you will conduct surveys and gather valuable data for various research projects. This is not a sales position; your primary goal will be to engage respondents in thoughtful conversations and accurately record their feedback. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity for those new to market research or remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to individuals and businesses to administer surveys and gather data.
- Accurately record responses using our proprietary data collection software.
- Adhere to survey scripts and project guidelines to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor throughout all interactions.
- Ensure respondent confidentiality and data security.
- Participate in ongoing training and calibration sessions.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong active listening abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related field (not required, but a plus).
- Familiarity with survey software or data entry applications.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (especially Spanish, given the Florida location) are a strong asset.
