Job Description

Join Maple as a Virtual Telehealth Navigator and be the compassionate guide for patients seeking online medical care. In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless and positive virtual healthcare journey for our users. You’ll assist patients in understanding how to access doctors online, navigate our platform, prepare for virtual appointments, and follow up on their care plans. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to patients on how to effectively use the Maple telehealth platform.
  • Guide patients through the process of booking virtual appointments with appropriate healthcare providers.
  • Assist patients with technical troubleshooting related to video calls, audio settings, and platform features.
  • Educate users on available services, privacy protocols, and best practices for virtual consultations.
  • Respond to patient inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and support provided within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to resolve complex patient issues and improve service delivery.
  • Proactively identify common patient questions or issues and contribute to developing self-help resources.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong technical proficiency and comfort with online platforms, video conferencing, and general computer use.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
