Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and physically capable individuals to join our Eviction Clean-Out Crew in Tampa, Florida. This physically demanding role involves the removal of abandoned items, debris, and trash from residential and commercial properties after an eviction. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and able to perform heavy lifting consistently. This is a fast-paced environment where teamwork and efficiency are key. We offer competitive daily pay for your hard work and dedication.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently remove furniture, appliances, trash, and other debris from vacated properties.
- Perform general clean-up tasks including sweeping, wiping surfaces, and preparing the property for further cleaning or repairs.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Transport items to designated disposal or storage areas.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete clean-out projects within established timelines.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude on job sites.
- Report any property damage or unusual findings to the team lead.
Required Skills
- Ability to consistently lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina and endurance to perform demanding tasks.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a work environment.
- Punctuality and commitment to daily schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in labor, moving, demolition, or property clean-out services.

- Experience operating a pressure washer or other cleaning equipment.
