No prior banking experience is required as we provide comprehensive, full training to ensure your success. As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our branch, assisting customers with their day-to-day banking needs, processing transactions accurately, and helping them understand our services. Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, cheque cashing, and bill payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving basic account issues.
- Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking specialists when necessary.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all bank policies and security procedures.
- Educate customers on various banking products and services.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
