Job Description
As a Casting & Talent Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience and invaluable insight into the intricate processes of talent acquisition and career development within the entertainment sector. You will work closely with our experienced casting directors and talent managers, supporting daily operations and contributing to exciting projects. This entry-level internship is designed to provide comprehensive training and a solid foundation for your career in entertainment, with full training provided and no prior experience required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist casting directors with research for upcoming projects, including identifying potential talent and creating casting grids.
- Support talent managers with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating auditions, and managing communication with artists.
- Organize and maintain talent databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare materials for auditions and talent meetings, including scripts, headshots, and resumes.
- Conduct industry research to stay abreast of current trends and emerging talent.
- Provide general office support to ensure the smooth operation of the casting and talent management departments.
Required Skills
- A genuine passion for the entertainment industry and a desire to learn about casting and talent management.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Must be based in or able to commute reliably to our Norwich office.
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience (academic or extracurricular) in event coordination or administrative support is a plus.
