Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Data, Admin & Support Specialist. This is a full-time, 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. You will play a crucial role in maintaining data accuracy, providing administrative assistance, and offering support to various internal departments, ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in various office software applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintenance in various systems and databases.
  • Generate reports and summaries from collected data for analysis.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
  • Respond to internal queries and provide support to team members on data-related issues.
  • Assist with the organization and filing of digital documents and records.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure data consistency and integrity.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives related to data management and administrative tasks.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles (1 year minimum).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
