Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Campground / RV Park Manager to oversee the daily operations, guest services, and overall management of one of our premier parks located near Blackburn. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader who is passionate about outdoor recreation and community building. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of daily park operations, including guest registration, site allocation, and facility maintenance.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a dedicated team of park staff, ensuring high performance and exceptional customer service.
- Oversee financial performance, including budget management, revenue generation, and expense control.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and manage park events, activities, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain park infrastructure, including utilities, landscaping, and communal areas.
- Implement and enforce park rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
- Prepare regular operational reports for senior management.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience, preferably within the hospitality, leisure, or property management sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and budget oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse operational tasks.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Computer literacy, including experience with reservation systems and office software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing a campground, RV park, or similar leisure facility.
- Relevant certifications in hospitality management, first aid, or health and safety.
- Experience with marketing and social media for leisure properties.
