Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inbound Remote Booking Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in customer service without any prior experience, as comprehensive paid training will be provided. Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming calls from customers, assisting them with booking services, managing appointments, and resolving queries. There are NO outbound sales or cold calls involved in this role. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls efficiently and professionally to assist with bookings and inquiries.
- Accurately schedule and manage customer appointments for various Sky services.
- Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening to customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in our system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Participate actively in all provided training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Ensure data privacy and security during all customer interactions.
