Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Scrum Master to join our growing Agile practice. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals passionate about fostering collaborative team environments and guiding development teams through the Scrum framework. While prior direct Scrum Master experience isn’t required, a foundational understanding of Agile principles and a strong desire to learn and grow within the role are essential. You will be mentored by experienced Scrum Masters and receive comprehensive training to develop your skills in facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and promoting continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support the Scrum team in adhering to Scrum values and practices.
- Help identify and remove impediments to the team's progress.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
- Promote continuous improvement through feedback and process adjustments.
- Learn to coach the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Contribute to fostering a transparent and communicative team environment.
- Participate in broader Agile community of practice sessions and knowledge sharing.
