Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to clients based on individual care plans.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and light exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Support clients with medication reminders and documentation as per protocol.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship to promote well-being.
- Perform light household duties, meal preparation, and grocery shopping to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Accurately document observations, care provided, and any changes in client condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
