Job Description
Accenture is seeking an experienced and ambitious ERP / SAP Consultant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, from blueprint to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into robust SAP solutions.
- Configure SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM) according to business needs.
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and integrations.
- Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide end-user training and support.
- Collaborate effectively with client stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solutioning and proposal development as required.
- Support data migration activities and cutover planning.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation or support.
- Strong understanding of at least one core SAP module (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM).
- Proven ability to analyze business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-facing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certification in a core module.
- Experience with S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
- Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CPI).
- Master's degree or equivalent advanced qualification.
