Élévation Propreté is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as High-Rise Window Washer Trainees. No prior experience is required! We provide comprehensive, paid training to ensure you master the skills and safety protocols necessary for this specialized role. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all safety and job-specific training sessions provided by Élévation Propreté.
- Learn and apply best practices for high-rise window cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of fall protection and rigging equipment.
- Work safely and efficiently in a team environment to clean exterior windows of high-rise buildings.
- Inspect equipment before and after use, reporting any issues or damage immediately.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while on job sites.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to overall team success and client satisfaction.
