Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vacation Rental Cleaner / Turnaround Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bridgwater. This role is crucial to ensuring our properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests, often within tight timeframes. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, to hotel-quality standards.
- Execute efficient property turnarounds between guest stays, ensuring properties are ready on schedule.
- Wash, dry, and put away all laundry (linens, towels, etc.) and restock supplies as needed.
- Inspect properties for damages or maintenance issues and report them promptly to management.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines and company cleaning protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding property status and any specific guest requests.
- Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a hospitality or vacation rental setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
