Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Commercial Window Cleaner, focusing on ground-level work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values early finishes, and is looking for stable, full-time employment. Full training will be provided to ensure you have all the skills needed to succeed in this role. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of commercial windows at various client sites across Shoreditch and surrounding areas, ensuring a high standard of service and contributing to the professional appearance of our clients’ premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ground-level window cleaning using traditional methods (squeegees, brushes) and water-fed pole systems.
- Ensure all windows are cleaned to a high standard, free from streaks and smudges.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet daily cleaning schedules and early finish targets.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and site managers.
- Report any damage or issues observed during cleaning operations.
