Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Complete all required paid academy training modules and certifications.
- Assist Customs and Border Protection Officers with administrative and support tasks.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and report suspicious activities.
- Process documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Provide basic information and direction to the public.
- Assist with the screening and inspection of individuals and conveyances under supervision.
