Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Public Relations (PR) Director to lead our communication strategies and enhance Bell Canada’s brand reputation in the Atlantic region. This is a critical leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive PR campaigns, managing media relations, and guiding crisis communications. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in corporate communications, capable of elevating our presence and managing complex stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies and campaigns aligned with company objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
- Oversee all aspects of media relations, including press releases, media kits, interviews, and public statements.
- Lead crisis communication efforts, developing robust plans and providing timely, effective responses.
- Manage internal communications, ensuring consistent messaging across the organization.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, and executive teams to ensure integrated communications.
- Mentor and manage a team of PR professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in public relations to maintain a competitive edge.
