Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and visually astute Virtual Pinterest / Instagram Board Curator to join our dynamic digital marketing team. This is a 100% remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere within Canada. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and managing our brand’s presence across Pinterest and Instagram through captivating visual storytelling. You will play a key role in translating our brand identity into engaging visual narratives, driving inspiration, and fostering community engagement. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of current social media trends, and a passion for books, lifestyle, and visual content curation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative strategies for Pinterest boards and Instagram grids that align with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Curate high-quality, inspiring visual content (images, videos, graphics) from various sources, ensuring brand consistency and aesthetic appeal.
- Research and analyze current trends in lifestyle, retail, literature, and social media to inform content curation and strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the broader marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive messaging and cross-platform synergy.
- Monitor performance metrics for Pinterest and Instagram content, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage content calendars and scheduling for all Pinterest and Instagram visual assets.
- Engage with our online community through comments and direct messages, fostering a positive brand presence.
Required Skills
- Proven proficiency in managing and curating content for Pinterest and Instagram platforms.
- Strong visual aesthetic and a keen eye for design, photography, and current visual trends.
- Excellent understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to translate them into compelling visual content.

Preferred Qualifications
