Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous Vacation Rental Cleaner / Turnaround Specialist to join our dynamic team in Charlotte. This role is crucial for ensuring our properties are immaculately clean and perfectly prepared for incoming guests, often under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental properties including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, adhering to StayWell Vacations' stringent cleanliness standards.
- Ensure all linens are changed, laundered, and properly placed, and amenities are replenished.
- Inspect properties for maintenance issues, damage, or missing items and report findings promptly to management.
- Stock supplies and manage inventory of cleaning products and guest amenities.
- Maintain a high level of efficiency to meet strict turnaround times between guest stays.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and use cleaning products responsibly.
- Provide exceptional attention to detail to ensure a flawless presentation for every guest.
- Collaborate effectively with the operations team to coordinate cleaning schedules.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in professional cleaning, hospitality, or a related field (minimum 6 months).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Reliability and punctuality are paramount.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong physical stamina to perform duties such as bending, lifting (up to 20 lbs), standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills to report issues and collaborate with team members.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel between properties within Charlotte.

- Prior experience cleaning vacation rentals or hotels.
