Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tanning Salon Consultant to join our team in Crawley. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, have a keen eye for detail when it comes to cleanliness, and are passionate about helping clients achieve their desired tanning results. As a Tanning Salon Consultant, you will be the face of our salon, responsible for providing excellent customer service, selling tanning packages and products, maintaining the salon’s pristine appearance, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all clients. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the beauty and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing information on tanning services, products, and packages.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of tanning rooms, common areas, and equipment to the highest standards.
- Educate clients on safe tanning practices, skin types, and product benefits.
- Monitor client usage, ensuring compliance with salon policies and safety guidelines.
- Restock tanning lotions and retail products, ensuring shelves are tidy and well-presented.
- Address client inquiries and resolve minor issues, escalating complex concerns to management when necessary.
- Open and close the salon, following established procedures to ensure security and readiness for business.
