Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or locating products.
  • Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure proper display according to store standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including aisles, checkout areas, and backrooms.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory and deliveries.
  • Support team members with various tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and operational guidelines.
  • Provide a positive and helpful experience for all customers.

Required Skills

  • No prior experience required; full training provided!
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs (11 kg) occasionally.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
