Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated WFH Compliance Officer to join our dynamic Financial Services team. This critical role ensures that NAB adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, mitigating risks and maintaining our reputation for integrity. As a WFH Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in monitoring, assessing, and reporting on compliance matters, contributing to a robust control environment within the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on NAB's operations and compliance framework.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with current regulations.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews and internal audits to identify potential gaps and areas for improvement.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to business units on compliance-related matters and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.

- Deliver compliance training and awareness programs to employees.
- Collaborate with legal, risk, and internal audit teams to ensure a coordinated approach to governance.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of Australian financial regulations (e.g., ASIC, APRA, AML/CTF).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
