Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary SEO / Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital strategy and execution. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of our digital presence, driving online visibility, customer engagement, and ultimately contributing to our business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and analytics, capable of leading a team and adapting strategies for diverse international markets. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all SEO initiatives, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, link building, and keyword research, to maximize organic search performance.
- Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) across various platforms, optimizing for ROI and conversion rates.
- Drive content strategy, ensuring high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences and supports SEO goals.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, generate insights, and report on key KPIs to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital technologies to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and brand teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Identify and explore new digital channels and opportunities for growth.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in a senior digital marketing or SEO leadership role.
- Deep expertise in SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and search engine ranking factors.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar SEO/SEM tools.
- Strong understanding of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and campaign management.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful content marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
- Experience with international SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with the food and beverage industry or FMCG sector.
