Job Description

Wayfair is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our growing team as a Remote E-commerce Product Lister. This is an entry-level position focused on precise data entry and content population, primarily involving ‘copy and paste’ tasks to ensure product information is accurately reflected across our platforms. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for individuals with no prior experience in e-commerce or data entry who possess strong organizational skills and a desire to learn. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and completeness of our product catalog, directly impacting the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately copy and paste product details, descriptions, specifications, and images from source documents into our e-commerce platform.
- Ensure all product information adheres to established company guidelines and quality standards.
- Perform basic data verification and cross-referencing to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to clarify data requirements and address any inconsistencies.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced remote work environment.
- Manage workload effectively to meet daily and weekly listing targets.
- Report any technical issues or data anomalies to the appropriate team members.
- Continuously improve understanding of Wayfair's product catalog and listing procedures.
