Job Description
Are you a confident driver with a passion for providing exceptional service? The Sebel Mandurah is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Valet Parking Attendant. This is an entry-level opportunity where no prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training! You’ll be responsible for welcoming guests, safely parking and retrieving their vehicles, many of which are luxury models, and contributing to a seamless arrival and departure experience. If you enjoy being active, working outdoors, and driving a variety of vehicles, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles in an efficient manner.
- Assisting guests with luggage and directions as needed.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized valet area.
- Operating a variety of vehicle types, including luxury cars.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and traffic laws.
- Providing excellent customer service and anticipating guest needs.
Required Skills
- Valid Australian Driver's License (manual and automatic).
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- No experience required – full training provided!
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Knowledge of the local Mandurah area.
- Ability to drive luxury and high-performance vehicles (though training will be given).
