Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Virtual Inbox Manager to join our dynamic remote team. This unique role focuses entirely on written correspondence, ensuring efficient and timely management of incoming communications, inquiries, and information flow for various internal stakeholders. You will be instrumental in maintaining clear, concise, and professional communication standards across our digital platforms, all from the comfort of your home office. This is a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise multiple email inboxes and communication channels with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Draft, edit, and send professional written responses to internal inquiries, ensuring brand voice and accuracy.
- Categorise, label, and archive communications for easy retrieval and record-keeping.
- Identify critical communications and escalate to relevant team members or departments as necessary.
- Develop and maintain standardised response templates to improve efficiency.
- Monitor communication trends and suggest improvements to streamline inbox management processes.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather information needed for comprehensive responses.
- Ensure all written correspondence adheres to company policies, privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication and grammar skills in English.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with email management software (e.g., Outlook, Gmail) and collaborative tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
