Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our production team as Glass Factory Labourers at our Katherine facility. This is an ongoing full-time role offering excellent penalty rates for motivated individuals. As a Glass Factory Labourer, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient production of our glass products. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in all aspects of the role, adhering to our strict safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of glass sheets and other materials.
- Operate basic machinery and hand tools as required, following safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring compliance with housekeeping standards.
- Perform quality checks on finished products and report any defects.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
- Assist with packing and preparing glass products for dispatch.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Current forklift license (desirable but not essential).
