Job Description
Join the team at AMC Theatres as a Day Shift Usher! This casual, part-time position is perfect for individuals looking for flexible hours and a dynamic work environment. As an Usher, you will be the face of our cinema, ensuring our guests have a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this exciting role.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Guide guests to their respective auditoriums and assist with seating.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of auditoriums, lobbies, and restrooms before, during, and after showtimes.
- Monitor auditoriums for any disturbances or issues and address them promptly or escalate to management.
- Assist guests with questions regarding showtimes, facilities, and general inquiries.
- Ensure all emergency exits and pathways are clear and unobstructed.
- Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth cinema operations.
- Enforce cinema policies to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
