Job Description

No prior experience with SAP or Oracle is required – we provide comprehensive professional training from day one. You will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our extensive data systems, supporting various departments from operations to finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive training on SAP and Oracle systems for data entry and processing.
- Accurately input and update data into SAP and Oracle modules, including logistics, inventory, and financial records.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
- Generate standard reports and assist with data extraction as required by various departments.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to data processing activities.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth data flow and system integrity.
- Adhere to company data security policies and confidentiality protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to data management processes.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- No prior experience with SAP or Oracle required – full training provided.
Preferred Qualifications
