Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, adhering to dietary requirements.
- Perform light household duties, such as tidying living spaces and laundry.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Administer medication reminders as per care plan.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or well-being to a supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for the client.
- Adhere to all Blue Care policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
