Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and passionate Blockchain Developer / Web3 Engineer to join our cutting-edge technology team. This role is crucial for developing, implementing, and maintaining decentralized applications and blockchain solutions that will drive the future of financial services. You will work on a variety of projects, from smart contract development to integrating blockchain technology into existing systems, contributing to our mission of delivering secure and efficient financial solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy secure and scalable smart contracts on various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Solana).
- Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) using Web3 technologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and implement new features.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality, robust, and secure code.
- Research and evaluate new blockchain technologies and protocols to identify potential applications.
- Integrate blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and debug blockchain-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and technical strategy for our Web3 initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Go, or other relevant blockchain programming languages.
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, and decentralized networks.
- Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, Hardhat, Truffle, or similar development frameworks.
- Familiarity with various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Solana, Avalanche).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, including testing and security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of DeFi protocols, NFTs, DAOs, and other Web3 paradigms.
- Familiarity with front-end development (React, Angular, Vue.js) for dApp user interfaces.
- Experience with distributed ledger technologies (DLT) beyond public blockchains.
- Active participation in blockchain communities or open-source projects.
