Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Woking store as a Retail Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in retail, offering immediate start and comprehensive training. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a fantastic shopping experience, from helping them find products to maintaining a welcoming store environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till point.
- Assist with merchandising, ensuring products are well-stocked and attractively displayed.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe shopping environment for customers and colleagues.
- Handle product returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Support inventory management, including receiving deliveries and stock rotation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily store goals.
