Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused E-commerce Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in real-time via chat to provide prompt and accurate assistance.

- Provide technical support for website navigation and online purchasing processes.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in typing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Strong empathy and ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using web-based applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with e-commerce platforms or online retail.
