Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Bus Cleaner to join our Night Shift team in Oxford. This full-time position offers stable employment and plays a crucial role in ensuring our fleet is pristine and ready for service each morning. You will be responsible for the thorough cleaning and sanitisation of bus interiors, contributing directly to a positive and safe experience for thousands of daily passengers. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough interior cleaning of buses, including seats, floors, windows, and driver's cabins.
- Empty and sanitise all waste receptacles on board.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as handrails, seatbacks, and stop buttons.
- Report any damages, defects, or maintenance issues observed during cleaning to the appropriate team.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental protocols and company cleaning standards.
- Restock onboard supplies, such as hand sanitiser dispensers, as needed.
Required Skills
- Reliability and excellent punctuality for night shift work.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical fitness to perform tasks involving bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.
