Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries related to our products and services. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while contributing to a dynamic and customer-centric environment. You will play a crucial part in maintaining high customer satisfaction and upholding BT’s reputation for excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues and service-related problems efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and promotions.
  • Process customer requests, including account changes, upgrades, and cancellations.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of compliance and quality.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a remote customer service role.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms.
  • Ability to speak additional languages (e.g., Welsh, Punjabi, Urdu).
