Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Instagram Engagement Specialist to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals passionate about social media and eager to kickstart a career in digital marketing. You will be responsible for actively engaging with our clients’ Instagram audiences by responding to comments and direct messages, ensuring a positive and consistent brand voice. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor assigned Instagram accounts for new comments and direct messages.
  • Craft personalized and on-brand responses to user comments, questions, and feedback.
  • Manage direct message inquiries, providing timely and helpful information or escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional tone in all interactions.
  • Identify common themes and FAQs from engagement to inform content strategy.
  • Collaborate with the social media content team to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Track and report on engagement metrics as required.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong grasp of grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to adapt writing style to match various brand voices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with online communication tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
