Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Instagram Engagement Specialist to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals passionate about social media and eager to kickstart a career in digital marketing. You will be responsible for actively engaging with our clients’ Instagram audiences by responding to comments and direct messages, ensuring a positive and consistent brand voice. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned Instagram accounts for new comments and direct messages.
- Craft personalized and on-brand responses to user comments, questions, and feedback.
- Manage direct message inquiries, providing timely and helpful information or escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional tone in all interactions.
- Identify common themes and FAQs from engagement to inform content strategy.
- Collaborate with the social media content team to ensure consistent messaging.
- Track and report on engagement metrics as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong grasp of grammar and spelling.
- Ability to adapt writing style to match various brand voices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
