Job Description
Are you passionate about the timeless art of 2D traditional animation? ITV Studios is offering an exciting internship opportunity for an aspiring 2D Traditional Animation Intern to join our dynamic creative team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to learn the fundamentals of animation production within a professional studio environment. You will work alongside experienced animators, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to real projects. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a strong desire to learn, grow, and bring characters to life frame by frame. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior animators with in-betweening and clean-up tasks.
- Support the animation team in preparing assets and backgrounds for production.
- Learn and apply traditional animation principles under guidance.
- Digitize hand-drawn animation frames for digital processing.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.
- Organize and maintain animation files and project assets.
- Undertake research to support animation projects as required.
- Actively participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance skills.

- Familiarity with traditional animation tools like lightboxes, animation paper, and pencils.
