Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Online Career Mentors to join our remote team. In this flexible, part-time role, you will provide personalized resume feedback, share best practices, and offer valuable career advice to students, empowering them to confidently enter the professional world. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals eager to make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one virtual mentorship and guidance to students on resume development.
- Review student resumes and provide constructive, detailed feedback to enhance their effectiveness.
- Educate students on resume best practices, keywords, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) optimization.
- Offer general career advice, interview preparation tips, and job search strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of mentorship sessions and student progress.
- Collaborate with our program coordinators to ensure a positive student experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to refine mentorship skills.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Proficiency in using online communication and collaboration tools.
