Job Description
Are you passionate about art and looking for an exciting entry point into the art world? Crown Fine Art is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Art Installer Assistant to join our growing team in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic to learn the intricate skills required for handling, packing, and installing valuable artworks. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone without prior experience in art installation but with a desire to build a career in this specialist field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with the safe and precise installation of artworks.
- Carefully pack and unpack artworks for transport and storage.
- Prepare installation sites, including minor wall repairs and protective measures.
- Load and unload art onto specialist vehicles, ensuring secure transit.
- Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working order.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company protocols.
- Contribute to the overall smooth execution of art handling projects.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderately heavy objects.
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of tools and manual dexterity.
