Key Responsibilities
- Process routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashing checks accurately and efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate Truist products and services, making referrals to other specialists as needed.
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Educate clients on various banking products and digital self-service options.
- Assist with opening new accounts and performing account maintenance tasks as needed after training.
