Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with TGI Fridays standards (after comprehensive training).
- Handle cash and card payments accurately, process transactions, and manage tips.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide an outstanding guest experience, anticipate needs, and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Required Skills
- No prior experience required – full training provided!
