Job Description
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as a Box Maker & Assembler. This is an entry-level position perfect for those looking to start a career in manufacturing. You will be responsible for assembling and preparing various types of cardboard boxes and packaging materials following simple instructions. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in all aspects of the role. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced factory environment, requiring attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate basic machinery to cut, fold, and glue cardboard materials.
- Assemble various types of boxes and packaging according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
- Stack and organize completed boxes for storage or shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with other general factory duties as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow simple verbal and written instructions.
- Basic dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10kg.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a factory or warehouse environment (not essential, but a plus).
- Basic understanding of quality control principles.
- Forklift license (not required for this role, but beneficial for future opportunities).
