Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Help patients with mobility, transferring, and positioning
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Support patients with feeding and hydration as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Follow care plans and adhere to all health and safety protocols
- Document care provided accurately and timely
